Hübner Schlösser & Cie is a corporate consultancy specialized in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. We handle a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales of companies, equity placements and refinancing in Germany and internationally.

We have advised many well-known entrepreneurs, companies and corporations in more than 100 transactions, some of which were in the billion Euro range.

Hübner Schlösser & Cie was founded in the mid-1990s by Vincent Hübner and Joachim Schlösser. The company is located in Grünwald, a southern suburb of Munich, about 25 minutes from the city center. It currently employs a staff of eight professionals. Hübner Schlösser & Cie is a fully independent, flexible and efficient consultancy of the highest integrity that engages in close working relationships with its customers to produce superior results.
