Negotiation includes first time contact and communication to the buyer or seller, to identify the key issues to be resolved, to test the transaction partner´s acceptance level or resistance line, to create trust within the transaction partner by open and straight-forward communication, to take advantage of "windows of opportunity" during negotiations in order to secure best possible terms and conditions  if beneficial to our client, to tie down the negotiation results as best as possible in a Letter-of-Intent (LOI), to settle and structure the key points of the purchase agreement, and to determine the process and timetable until closing. In case of sale, Hübner Schlösser &  Cie always endeavors to create a highly competitive situation (auction) for the buyers in order to pressure them for best offers.
