Hübner Schlösser &  Cie consults with buyers and sellers of companies and holdings, in the event of spin-offs, disincorporations, mergers, joint ventures, and public takeovers.

Our clients consist of small and medium-sized enterprises, minority partnerships, family businesses, publicly traded companies, corporations, and private equity and venture capital firms. We manage transaction portfolios of all sizes for these clients, from a few million Euros up to several billion Euros

Each transaction for a company is unique and complex, because companies are unique and complex organisms with a host of resources requiring clarification, processes and business relations. Many work modules are required in order to achieve transparency, improve negotiation positions, convince transaction partners and committees, and, in the end, to close. Hübner Schlösser &  Cie plans and applies these modules.

Hübner Schlösser &  Cie performs intensive project management, which organizes the deployment of the individual work modules swiftly and in timely fashion, efficiently guides the transaction partners to the point of decision-making and generates negotiation parameters.
